Childbirth Education
At Essential Birth Consulting, your childbirth education is tailored. All education is provided one-on-one, in your home, at a time of your choosing.
You learn about the things that are important to you and you can ask all the questions you've always wanted to ask.
If you have special needs in your pregnancy / birth (twins, planned caesarean, breech birth, high blood pressure etc), these classes will provide the extra support you need as you make your unique journey.
How can these classes help me?
Hospital classes are available in group settings where you will be one of up to ten couples. You will be provided with basic information and the information that is covered will detail the options that are available according to your hospital's policies. You can expect to pay less for hospital classes than private classes.
Private classes are delivered one-on-one, in your home, and they are tailored to meet your needs. No two clients receive the same classes. You will receive information about hospital policies as well as other approaches, several hand outs on a range of topics, as well as additional supportive information on all issues relating to pregnancy, birth and babies. I stand by the high quality of this service, and the fee reflects the quality of education that you will receive.
