Essential Birth Consulting’s approach is to focus on your nutritional needs during pregnancy so that you are able to nurture your growing and developing baby. A healthy pregnancy and baby is far more likely when our bodies are provided with the right fuel and nutrients. Exercise is beneficial in shortening labour and ensuring a smooth recovery from birth. Together, nutrition and exercise contribute to fewer complications in pregnancy and labour, healthier babies and a healthy body and mind.
I can structure a nutritious eating plan and suggest an exercise routine to assist you during pregnancy and after your birth. Motivational and coaching techniques may be used if necessary.
