6-Week Program: Preparing for Birth

The program will not only provide you with tips each week to help you to achieve the birth that's important to you, but it will also give you the know-how, confidence and skills to do this safely and with the respect and understanding of your partner and care providers.

How it Works: Following an assessment, each week you will receive an email containing the information, direction, tips and activities you need in your unique situation.  You will be encouraged to complete some simple weekly activities which will help you in achieving the birth you desire.
